Narcy Jackson: Executive Director- Under Mr. Jackson's leadership, Athletics & Beyond experienced substantial growth from $24,000 in 2009 to over $140,000 in 2010.

He received his education in Accounting at the University of Colorado at Denver and has over 12 years of Corporate Accounting experience. For the last 4 years Coach Narcy has been a certified Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) 5A varsity football coach (background checks and clearances), certified and insured football coach through the National Federation of State High School Association, certified (American Heart Association), Receivers coach for Colorado Football Conference semi pro football team Denver Pirates (2 years). He was a Little league Head football (4 championships), baseball (1 championship), basketball (1 championship) and wrestling coach (numerous state champions).

Narcy's community service involvement includes: Denver North East Academy Board of Directors, The Urban Spectrum News Papers "African-Americans Who Make A Difference" Award , Spiro Education Foundations "Distinguished Chef Award" for over 5 years of service toward the Spiral Education Fund, Diversity Trainer for the City of Aurora, Presenter for Junior Achievement & Expanding the Visions (African American Leadership Institute), Presenter/Mentor for C.C.I. Male outreach group Challenges Choices and Images Charter School.

Mr. Jackson is a graduate of the JVA Consulting Executive Director Academy. He has received Effective Financial Management training through the Community Resource Center, grant writing and fundraising training from Grants West Inc. and JVA Consulting.
