A major concern with today's at risk youth is building confidence, honesty and commitment in our young men and women. Athletics & Beyond is a great program that uses athletics to teach commitment, honesty, teamwork and dedication. Athletics & Beyond shows them a road map to success in life. Every young athlete envisions and strives for a professional career, many times without considering what skills he or she needs to live an honorable, useful life after sports and, worse, unprepared if he or she fails to achieve the professional athletic dream in the first place.
I strongly urge every at risk student to get involved with Narcy Jackson and Athletics & Beyond. I also strongly recommend all interested adults and companies contribute toward Athletics & Beyond's success.
