A&B Weight Training Clinic

Session 1- Introduction to the weight room and its machines. Stretching and high impact cardio on the treadmills.

Session 2 - Stretching, core muscle building, upper body weight training, and high impact cardio.

Session 3 - Stretching, core muscle building, lower body weight training, and high impact cardio.

Session 4 - Summery and comprehension of the previous three wks. Core muscle building, upper and lower body weight training, and high impact cardio.

The emphases is to teach the kids proper weight training and core muscle building kills that they can use through out there entire lives. parents are also welcome and encouraged to participate in this program as well. We also have a running club that concentrates on long distance running two plus miles on a variety of trails in the Denver/Aurora area. This is opened to both children and parents.

Follow My FootSteps Dance Company

The mission of Follow My FootSteps Dance Company is to provide youth opportunities to express themselves through the positive form of dance. We offer youth a place where they can learn to dance, have fun, meet new people, and feel comfortable. We provide our students an opportunity for quality dance education, instruction, and proper techniques of dance, posture and creative movement.

Studio Policies

All students are required to wear the assigned uniform for class participation. Hair should be neat and in place at all times. No jewelry is permitted. Detailed information regarding uniforms and corresponding dance shoes will be distributed during registration.
