A&B Weight Training Clinic

Session 1- Introduction to the weight room and its machines. Stretching and high impact cardio on the treadmills.

Session 2 - Stretching, core muscle building, upper body weight training, and high impact cardio.

Session 3 - Stretching, core muscle building, lower body weight training, and high impact cardio.

Session 4 - Summary and comprehension of the previous three wks. Core muscle building, upper and lower body weight training, and high impact cardio.

The emphases is to teach the kids proper weight training and core muscle building skills that they can use throughout their entire lives. Parents are also welcome and encouraged to participate in this program as well. We also have a running club that concentrates on long distance running two plus miles on a variety of trails in the Denver/Aurora area. This is opened to both children and parents.
